Welcome to
Lumière began in 2009 as a small counter with six seats and one wood-fired hearth. Our founder, Chef Élise Laurent, believed a great meal should feel like an invitation — generous, unhurried, and deeply personal.
Today, we remain devoted to the same idea. We cook with the seasons, source from growers we know by name, and let the fire do what it does best: coax warmth and depth from the simplest ingredients.
